Empower yourself through counselling.
Sometimes life throws us curveballs and things don't go according to plan. We may feel scared or overwhelmed, and there may be a sense of uncertainty about how to navigate the path ahead. By seeking support from a counsellor, you will find a safe, confidential space to tell your story and feel heard. You will have a chance to learn strategies and tools, and to try them out for yourself as you curate a personal "toolbox" to support yourself.

Counselling provides you with an opportunity to really explore what's going on with a trusted professional who uses their skills and knowledge to support you. Counsellors who are registered with a national peak body are governed by a national code of ethics and therapeutic standards, and regularly attend learning courses, so you can rest assured that you are working with someone who is regulated and up-to-date with the latest research.

Whether you are seeking counselling for the first time or have been using counselling services for a while, the idea of opening up to someone you don't know can feel daunting. With this in mind, I offer a private therapeutic environment and welcome you to share your story at a pace that suits you without fear of judgement.

I invite you to take a moment to look through my website and to reach out for more information here.
